آراءُ الإمام المَـحَامِليِّ(ت٤١٥هـ)في أبوابِ الزَّكاةِ والصَّـومِ والحَــجِ والأحوال الشخصية من خلالِ كتاب "المجموع" للإمام النَّـوويّ (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)

Based on the title of the research, which deals with two venerable imams, Imam al-Mahamili and Imam al-Nawawi, and his book al-Majmoo' Sharh al-Muhadhdhab, it was necessary to divide this treatise into five chapters as follows: The first chapter: In it, I mentioned the definition of the two imams, Al- Mahamili and Al-Nawawi, and the book (Al-Majmoo'), their jurisprudential doctrine, and the most important sources that relied on in the book. Then, in the second chapter, I mentioned the opinions of Imam al-Mahamili in the book of Zakat, and I collected those opinions and studied them in a comparative study, and I did the same in each chapter. In the third chapter, I mentioned the views of Imam Al-Mahamili on fasting through the book (Al-Majmoo'), so I mentioned its definition and its divisions, and detailed the opinions that were unique to Imam Al-Mahamili in this book of jurisprudence. In the fourth chapter, I mentioned the views of Imam al-Mahamili on Hajj through the book (Al-Majmo'), and in the fifth chapter, I mentioned the views of Imam al-Mahamili in personal status through the book Al-Majmo' by al-Nawawi. Then, in the conclusion, I mentioned the most important results and recommendations, and concluded with an index of sources and references. Keywords: advocates, total, jurisprudential opinions.
