Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of BION MX 44 (%4Acibenzolar-S-methyl%40 Metalaxyl-M) against chickpea anthracnose [Ascochyta rabiei (Pass.) Labr.] disease which caused significant losses in chickpea plantation areas in our country. BELLIS (Boscalid 25% + Pyraclostrobin), CANPRIN 35DS (Metalaxyl) and BION MX 44 (0.1, 0.3, 0.5) local varieties (Sensitive) and Azkan (Durable) chickpea varieties were used in the experiment. This experiment was established in Gediz and Şaphane districts of Kütahya. The first application was started 15 days after the germination of the seed. The second spraying was carried out every 10 days. Results obtained 21 days after the last spraying were evaluated according to scale 1-9. Disease severity of the control group of sensitive local varieties in Gediz district was 100%, CANPRIN 35DS group was 97%, BELLIS group was 65%, BELLIS + BION MX 44 was found to be 74% of 0.3 mM group and BION MX 44 0.5 mM group was determined as 50.30%. Disease severity of the control group sensitive local variety in Şaphane district, 96.50%, 96% of CANPRİN 35DS group, 65.75% of BELLIS group, BELLİS + BION MX 44 0.3 mM group 68.50%, BION MX 44 0.5 mM group 46%, 85 were determined. Disease severity of CONTROL group of resistant Azkan cultivar in Gediz district was 8.25%, CANPRİN 35DS group 6.80%, BION MX 44 0.5 mM group in 0.75%, Disease severity of CONTROL group of resistant Azkan cultivar was 5.50%, The disease severity of CANPRİN 35DS group was 4.10% and BION MX 44 0.5 mM group was 0.80%. As a result of the studies, it was concluded that BION MX 44 can be used against anthracnose in chickpea plant because of its positive results with its resistant chickpea varieties and because it is environmentally friendly, BION MX 44 is used together with high dose resistant varieties.
