Noun phrases in Ârif Nihat Asya's poems

In our studies, we have identified 2834 compound nouns per item in the poems of Arif Nihat Asya. 901 of these compound nouns are defined compound nouns both of which are single-meaning words and 47 of these words are repeated more than once, 843 of the compound nouns are undefined compound nouns both of which are single-meaning words and 150 of these words are repeated more than once. There are 79 undefined compound nouns and 748 defined compound nouns both of them are created by more than one item. With this, there are 166 turned-down defined compound nouns and 3 of these are repeated. There are 5 compound nouns which are formed by Arabic spelling and 2 of these words are repeated more than once. There are 92 compound nouns which are formed by Persian spelling and 34 of these words are repeated more than once. All the compound nouns which are in his poetry books in terms of setting up by determinative and determined; in terms of sentence subject, definite object, indefinite object, indirect object and by the usage of verbs; nouns and adverbs have been investigated. 10 words that are used the most in every group have been charted. We have classified them using determined by the meaning. we found determined words in the defined compound by 52 undefined compound nouns by 44, 22 by the compound nouns which are formed by Persian spelling and 5 by the compound nouns which are formed by Arabic spelling. By all these works we have done. We can say that our scope was to understand The style of Ârif Nihat Asya, to have an idea about his thoughts and opinions. It was aimed to see to what extent the period of political, literary face and mentality was reflected in the noun phrases.
