In the second part, Aristotle's views on time within the scope of natural philosophywere examined with a conceptual analysis and then the relationship between this subject and its ontology was examined. In this context, the following results were obtained: According to Aristotle, time is the number and measure of movement and it has a unique objective and subjective reality with its movement, moment and soul.Time also has an eternal existence with a beginning and an end as the circular movement of the celestial bodies is eternal. In addition, Aristoteles sees time as the reason of "decay" for things subject to generation and destruction. Key Words: Aristoteles, Time, Movement, Number, Moment, Soul, Existent
