Abstract (EN)

Stress and depression are quite common in today's challenging business life conditions. For this reason, the concept of psychological resilience has become much more important, especially in professions with unique challenges such as military service. The main purpose of this research is to reveal the perceived stress, depression and psychological resilience levels of military personnel and to determine the relationship between socio-demographic characteristics and these levels. The research was carried out with 150 military personnel between the ages of 23 and 48, reached by snowball sampling method. "Voluntary Participation Form", "Sociodemographic Information Form", "Psychological Resilience Scale", "Perceived Stress Scale" and "Beck Depression Scale" were used to collect research data. SPSS 24.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data collected in the research. According to the results of the research, a statistically significant difference was found between the rank of military personnel and the level of depression and perceived stress. In addition, a significant difference was found between the education level of military personnel and the perceived stress. In addition, a significant and positive relationship was found between the depression level of military personnel and perceived stress, while a significant and negative relationship was found between depression level and stress and psychological resilience.
