Abstract (EN)

One of the factors that will ensure the continuity of the businesses operating in the civil aviation sector and the realization of their goals and strategies is to create a healthy and productive working environment. Organizational behaviors and employees who are affected by the working environment have a great role in realizing the goals and strategies of the enterprises. In this study, the effect of excessive workload in civil aviation sector employees on the formation of workstress, burnout and turnover intention and the role of distributive justice in this interaction were investigated. The data obtained were evaluated by applying a questionnaire to 138 people working civil aviation sector. As a result of the analysis; At these points discussed, it has been seen that the independent variable overload work has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variables, burnout levels, job stress and intention to leave work, and negatively and significantly affects distributive justice. When the effect of distribution justice is examined, it is seen that the perception of distribution justice affects the level of burnout and intention to leave work in a negative and significant way. When the regulatory role of distributive justice is examined, it is concluded that distributive justice does not have a regulatory role in the relationship between perceptions of excessive workload-workstress, perceptions of excessive work - burnout, and perceptions of excessive work - intention to leave.
