Sports in the district of Aydın individuals in sports nutrution and ergojenic aiders knowledge levels

The aim of this study is to investigate the knowledge level of nutrition and ergogenic aids in sports centers of Efeler district of Aydın province according to some variables. rapidly developing technology has reduced the need for manpower and as a result, a lifestyle that does not conform to the natural structure of human beings, along with pressures from the social and business environment, has brought with them circulatory and respiratory diseases. Therefore, interest in sports halls is increasing. In the research, attention was given to the nutrition of the individuals who regularly attend sports halls. The research tries to resolve the deficiencies in this respect. The research was carried out with the opinions of 290 people going to the sports halls in the province of Aydın and enforcing sports. SPSS 20.0 package program was used for statistical analysis of the data. Data To examine the relationship between two non-parametric groups, data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA test in multiple group variables. The study included 117 male and 113 female subjects. Cronbach's Alpha value of the feeding attitudes scale was calculated as 0,841. The level of knowledge about and benefit from ergogenic aids is more than between 23 and 27 years of age (x2 = 3,442; p: 0,033); It is seen that this value is higher (x2 : 13,323; p: 0,000) in those with a weight ratio of 181 or higher. In addition, it was concluded that single individuals preferred more ergogenic support products. It has been observed that the individuals who come to the gym for healthy life pay attention to their nutrition. It has been observed that individuals who exercise sports for bodybuilding are more likely to benefit from ergogenic aids. It has been observed that individuals who work and work in any job benefit from ergogenic support products.
