Reflections of raid on the sublime porte in Turkish and foreign press

The Ittihat and Terakki Comittee, after forcing Sultan Abdülhamid II to declare constitutional regime, thought that they haven't enough experience to govern the state and focus on monitoring the governements. In that days, The Committee has become Sword of Damocles as some of the members of the Commitee has been part of the governement and being majority of the Meclis-i Mebusan. But reason of some of the policies interior and exterior, the opposition has grow and moreover 1912 Elections and Halaskar Zabitan incident, The Commitee has lost the power. The Opposition has formed the governements increase the pressure, especially Kâmil Pasha's cabinet, and The Commitee was about to shut down. While this incidents happening on the interior, Tripoli War and Balkan Wars happened on the exterior. But because of the political conflict among the soldiers and lack of the preparitions Ottoman Army has heavily defeated. The London Conference has begun after Ottoman Army's defeat during the first part of the First Balkan War. A delegation headed by Reşid Pasha has been sent to London by the Ottoman Governement. The Turks has accepted cedeing the lands on the Europe except Edirne and the Islands during the negotiations but The Balkans has insisted on Edirne and the Islands issue and the negotiations has been inconclusive. After the inconclusive conference, The Powers has sent a joint note to the Sublime Porte. Due to this joint note, Ottomans must cede all of the European lands, must cede Edirne to Bulgarians and leave the Island issue to the Powers. When Edirne has cede, The Powers will do anything they could to provide safety of the religious buildings, foundations and Muslim populations. The Powers said that if their conditions would refuse by the governement, they won't provide any aid, and the Turks will be the only responsible for any incident. Kâmil Pasha Cabinet gather a concention after the joint note of the Powers to not take the whole responsibility to accept the offer. The decision of accept the joint note has been aproved. The next day, during the council of ministers discuss the draft of the joint note's response, The Committe leading by Enver and Talat Bey like prominent figures, has strike to the Sublime Porte. After some noise among the some committee members and some of the aid-de-camps, the Minister of War Nazim Pasha has been killed by Yakup Cemil. And then The Committee members entered the room and forced Kâmil Pasha to resign. Following the resign, Enver Bey took the resignation letter to the Sultan Mehmed Reşad. After Mahmud Şevket appointed as the Grand Vizier, The Committee's reign that lasted until 1918 has begun.
