Quality control practice stages in audit

This study reports the organization of the surveys that is carried on according to the Quality Control Standard 1 Independent and Limited Independent Audit of the Financial Statements and Other Assurance Audits and The Independent Audit Foundations that Manages The Relevant Services and Quality Control for Independent Auditors which is within the Turkey Audit Standards, and the quality control practice stages according to the responses that received . The aim of the study is to determine the role and responsibilities of the authorized audit firms in Turkey in this process. We tried to state the current situation with a survey. It is concluded that audit firms are aware of certain stages while ensuring quality control in independent audit, however they don't have enough information about executing these stages. These stages which can orient the execution of quality control standards are reviewed in our study and the survey results were evaluated.
