This research is based on the achievement and study of a treasure of heritage, which is a Hashiya on Tefsir al- Qadi al-Baydawi, Surat al-An'am, by Muhammad ibn Mustafa ibn al-Hajj Hassan, known as Haji Hassanzadeh, (died 911 AH), one of the prominent scholars of the Ottoman Empire in the ninth and tenth centuries AH, and the author builds his Hashiya on tracing the sayings of al-Baydawi in his Tefsir, and commenting on them comments of varying length and shortness, and these comments include the control of strange words and their return to their origins, and then talk about their relationship to the general context, as well as explain ambiguous sentences, either by agreeing al-Baydawi and inferring it, or by objecting and weighting based on evidences and proofs . The researcher took care of the text achievement in order to benefit the reader and the listener and facilitate access to information, so he followed an approach based on documenting the verses of the Holy Qur'an, the hadiths of the Holy Prophet, the poems of Arabs and their likes, the opinions of commentators, the sayings of jurists, fundamentalists and the scholors of Arabic language, from their well-known grievances, as well as commenting on the text in what needs to clarify problems and lift ambiguities. This hashiya was characterized by explanatory statements and opinions and compared them with the sayings of al-Baydawi and the discussion of it, approval and disagreement, according to the transitory and mental evidence prescribed in the books, and one of the results is also the use of the author Surat al-An'am the best use in the appropriate proselytizing effect of that environment and that era, through the surah of establishing the argument on the infidels and determining the faith, with the statement of the power of Allah the Almighty in the universe, thus revealing another conclusion reached by the research, namely: The flexibility of many hashiyas and their parallelism to many commentaries, and that their scientific value is no less than that of the main interpretations, in contrast to the negative critical view of it.
