Abstract (EN)
In this study, the pathogenic effects of three different spore concentrations (1x106 spore/ml, 1x107 spore/ml, 1x108 spore/ml) of the entomopathogenic fungus Beauvaria bassiana BIM-001 obtained from adult Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say that were found in potato production fields in Isparta and recommended a dose (250 ml/da) of Nostalgist SL) (1.5% Beauveria bassiana strain Bb-1, 1x108 spore/ml, Agrobest Group Co. Ltd. Turkey) and Fusarium subglitinans 12A obtained from cotton production in Adana-Karataş were investigated in laboratory conditions on different larval stages (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) and adults of L. decemlineata. Entomopathogenic fungus suspensions were applied by spraying method (1 atm, 7 seconds) to different larval stages and adult individuals of Colorado potato beetle. The experiments were conducted with five replications (n=50). The treated individuals were transferred into the 500 ml plastic containers included fresh potato leaves and kept in climate rooms (25±1°C, 60±10% relative humidity and 16:8 [L:D]). The observations for determining dead and live were performed on 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th days following spore suspensions application. According to the results of the study, the highest percentage of deaths in the larvae was determined on the 7th day by B. bassiana BIM-001 at a density of 1x108 spores / ml, 94% of the 1st and 3rd larvae under the mortality rate, 80% of the 2nd larvae and 4th. It is 90% during the larval period. In the nostalgist application, these percentages were 2%, 46%, 24% and 50% for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th period larvae, respectively. Death in adult individuals on the 7th day, B. bassiana BIM-001 only had a 2% death at a concentration of 1x108 spores / ml, and no deaths were found in B. bassiana BIM-001's other sports concentrations and Nostalgist application.
