Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted with the aim of analysing the attitudes of under ground and aboveground organs of 27 bread wheat genotypes in pot in greenhouse conditions in 2019. The experimental design was arranged in a randomized block design with three replications. In the study, first of all, the average 100 grain weight of the genotypes was determined in grams. Afterwards, germination and creep tests were carried out. The plants sowing in pots were uprooted 14 days after emergence and the average number of leaves, root length, seedling length, root fresh weight, dry root weight, seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, root fresh root volume and dry root/dry seedling weight ratio were determined. Also, the relationships between traits were determined. As a result of this research carried out under greenhouse conditions, it was determined that Ak Sunteri, Çalı Basıran, Pine Wheat, TGB 003249, TR 63497, TR 37373 and Dağdaş 94 genotypes were better in terms of above-ground component development; such as Çalı Basıran, Pine Wheat, TR 63501, TR 37373, Dağdaş 94 and Gün 91 were better, in terms of subsoil development. It was concluded that among the genotypes, there are genotypes with well developed root and these materials can be used in studies to develop varieties suitable for arid conditions.
