Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the individualized education program in science gifted students? development point of views of managers, teachers and students in BİLSEM. Also, it was looked for answers the question of how much effect the possible problems of ongoing program in students science development.Five managers, six teachers and ten science gifted students in Adana Science Art Centers, in total twent-one poeple are the example of this investigation who wworks Adana and K. Maraş Science Art Centers.The data is gathered from using half-instructed interview forms for manager, teachers and students which are developed by investigator help of expert. The gathered data is analyzed with content analysis and findings are written. Findings are discussed considered the programs four basic steps. Managers and teachers generally pointed that the development of students? gift is obvious but they talk about some problems of Science Art Centers. Especially, absence, the difference between Science Art Centers?s and students regular school?s programs stand out as basic problem.In conclusion, it is found that the individualized education program in science classes which is applied, developed the student?s science gifts but becouse of some problems in Science Art Centers this developmnet ended at a some point.It is clarified that if the program is applied in its own rules strictly an problems are solved, it could be more effective.
