Abstract (EN)
In this study, an occupational health and safety risk assesment has been carried out in an alcoholic beverages control laboratory using a 5x5 matrix table. A risk assessment table has been constructed by defining risks threatening health of laboratory workers, labour and the physical environment of laboratory. Defined risks has been classified under 12 subjects. In total, 14 unacceptable, 14 important and 122 acceptable risks have been determined. 8,3,1,1 and 1 unacceptable risks have been determined belonging fire/explosion and emergencies, general, electricity, accidents and diseases and chemical risk factors, respectively. Precautions have been suggested upon legislations.
