Abstract (EN)
The logistics system in recent decades has been proceeded by a great progress in the world. It has been developed especially in countries which have large ports and wide transportation system in the world. Furthermore, despite the potential to be developed logistic base of these countries, Europe and People's Republic of China in order to provide foreign trade between China and these countries, "One Belt One Road" initiative Project Turkey-Istanbul and Tajikistan, Dushanbe province of geographical location, and despite having to transit corridor highway, Within the scope of this project, the People's Republic of China can provide import and exportation easily and advantageously with European countries. İn the first part of this thesis work, general information about the logistics industry were given in Turkey and Tajikistan. İn the second part of the thesis the potential of logistic tobecome bases in Turkey-Istanbul-Dushanbe Tajikistan Foreign Trade and provinces. İn the last section, an analysis (Swot) was carried out for İstanbul-Dushanbe provinces to be used in the context of ''One Belt One Road''project. İn the thesis study, with the advantage of existing bridges and three bridges in İstanbul, although Dushanbe province does not have maritime port, how important and comprehensive OBOR is in the project and how important it is for provinces when we compare an (Swot) analysis with Strong-Weak Opportunity-Threats.
