Abstract (EN)

Today, social security has a great importance too. During working life, people have stardard of living want to keep on at the retierment and old age. social security's main aim, not only all of the social risks is enclose but also people's level of welfare is rise. With the develope of sicience and tecnology, standard of living of society was raisen, medical science was growth, avarage life span lengthened, with women has joined in working life and level of education has advanced , the birth rate has declined. As a result of these reason old population has rised andthe young population that subsidied them has decreased.Türkiye hasn't faced the old age population challange yet, but it has faced in the the future. The end of 20. centruy subsidy challenge has occured in social security system. SoTurkey need to reform in the social security system. Turkey have experienced a social security reform since 1999 and introduced a new pension system, which was estimated to start in the last quarter of 2003, to complement the mandatory public system. In Turkey, the new private pension systemis called Individual Pension System. Reform has two main aim. First, the problem of social security has solved. Second the based on funded a new individual pension system.In Turkey, individual pension systems become active in October of 2003 with the 4632nh law. Individual pension programmes generally work according to the principle of voluntary in the developed countries. Unlike this, in the developing countries it is based on the point of mandatory.İn This paper second part of the reform private pension programs' occur, found and system's checkout have analyzed. İn addition to in the end of this paper's since individual pension system's in turkey was found, performances ofi ndividual pension funds have analyzed and results have paraphrased.
