Abstract (EN)
This study examines corporate governance and risk management perspectives in Tunisian stock-exchange listed companies. The findings indicate strong support for separating the CEO and board chairman roles, selecting qualified and independent board members, and emphasizing the importance of strategic planning and risk management practices. Participants expressed confidence in their organization's governance and risk management practices while recognizing the need for continuous improvement to ensure success and growth.
