Abstract (EN)
This research, bulls and rams of abomasal mucin histochemical and immunohistochemical differences between these types of settlements and to determine whether there was. In addition, such compositions reveal the simple registration secretion in the stomach, as it is aimed to understand the protective role of secretory products. In this study, a special operating slaughterhouses in Diyarbakir obtained from 20 bulls, 20 rams were used abomasum. Each of the three parts of the abomasum ( cardia, fundus and pylorus ) tissues obtained were divided into groups. All groups received from abomasum tissues were stored in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours. Then routinely processed histologically and were embedded in paraffin. Abomasal mucins settlement for the determination of Phenylhydrazine -PAS staining, Best Carmine staining, PAS- diastase staining, Alcian Blue ( ph.2.5 ) -PAS staining and Alcian Blue ( ph.2.5 )- Aldehyde Fuchsin staining and for the immunohistochemical staining method MUC1, MUC2, MUC5AC and MUC6 was applied. Histochemical required bulls both ramps abomasum in the mucin placement of a significant difference in the absence of both types of stomach in all parts of acidic mucins deep in the glands where, especially the fundus located in the glands deep towards strongly sulphated mucins from the weak sulfated mucins towards the staining observed, carboxylated mucins of the abomasum of in all three regions where there are concentrations were revealed. Again in all regions of the abomasum intensively mixed presence of mucins was determined. Not only bulls but also ramps, neutral mucins in all sections of the abomasum where there is a gland located on the surface was detected. Histochemical features of mucins is compatible with region-specific functions was concluded. With the composition of mucins settlement was supported by immunohistochemical findings. Keywords: Mucin, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, bulls, rams.
