Özet (EN)

In this study, breast doses have been measured using the TLD Technique in totally sixty women patient who Thorax CT Acquisition using Siemens Somatom Definition Flash model with two tubes in Ankara Ataturk Training and Research Hospital, Department of Radiology. This measurment results have been compared to breast doses which calculated according to ICRP 103 software that uses Monte Carlo simulation technique, using the parameters that delivered by CT systems.Breast doses that measured in Thorax CT Acquisition and values that obtained using Monte Carlo simulation have been compared. The purposes of this study are researching ability of using software in reports of dose and researching the change dose that patient expose with weight or age. In given protocols, measure has been via CTDI is made of PMMA material with ion chamber and this results of the measurement have been compared to measurment values that given by system. Also in the same parameters calculation has been made via ImPACT software that uses Monte Carlo simulation. According to results of TLD and ImPACT software, average values of breast dose respectively are 8.53 mGy ve 6.32 mGy in women who Thorax CT acquisition. The significant difference is identified statistically between breast dose that measured via TLD and the values of breast dose that calculated via ImPACT software. According to this,it was observed the values of breat dose that measured via TLD are significant higher level (25%) than the values that obtains via ImPACT.
