Abstract (EN)
Developments in technology and unexpected environmental situations such as the Cov-19 pandemic have made business life more volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. Organizations have started to utilize different agility practices (customer agility, partnership agility, operational agility, digital agility, etc.) to survive, take advantage of opportunities and cope with unexpected changes despite the threats that arise in the competitive and rapidly changing business life. However, when the literature is searched, many shortcomings related to agile practices have been identified. When employees work mindfully, they become more careful about themselves and their environment and can make better decisions. In business environments where organizational mindfulness exists, an organization can capture and improve distinctive details about its environment. In this study, the interaction of agility dimensions and mindfulness concepts with each other and other concepts in the system was searched. In analyzing this interaction, Fuzzy Cognitive Maps was used because it provides the opportunity to better analyze multidimensional structures. With the help of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps, the agility dimensions of organizations and the concepts of mindfulness and organizational mindfulness were evaluated holistically. Through the Fuzzy Cognitive Map, the relationships between the 41 variables determined for the research were examined and 15 scenarios were created and analyzed at three levels. First, individual-level scenarios were created. In two scenarios addressed at this level, the concept of mindfulness was studied; individual-level agility concepts such as emotional agility, learning agility, and workforce agility were studied. Second, organizational-level scenarios were created. In ten scenarios addressed at this level, the concepts of agility at the organizational level were studied; organizational mindfulness, receiver variables, transmitter variables, digitalization, innovation, sensing, seizing, transforming, economic performance, social performance and environmental performance concepts were studied. Finally, scenarios were created that addressed both individual and organizational levels. In three scenarios addressed at this level, the concepts of mindfulness, organizational mindfulness, digitalization, and agility were studied. In each scenario analyzed, a lot of changes were observed in many concepts at different levels in all 15 scenarios. Consequently, it has been determined that each of the concepts of agility, digitalization and conscious awareness has significant effects on the concepts at all layers of organizations (individual, organizational, and network).
