This research consists of four chapters. İn the first chapter, we are going to talk about history of village of Kızıllar, source of its name and geography, İn the second chapter, These features are going to be mentioned such as raw materials, items and techniques used during the preparation process of raw materials. İn the third chapter, Some information's are going to be given about characteristics of flat weaving rugs, types of weaving used in region and usage purposes of flat weaving rugs. İn the fourth chapter, flat weaving rugs are going to be analysed in terms of colour, motive and composition features. In general, weavings of village which are formed of wool and hair items, are going to be photographed and motives and its dimensions will be able to be determined. Motives that consists of colours implemented over weavings and surface diagram are going to be drawn. Some characteristics are going to be given in the form of chart such as catalog number, example number, type of weaving, investigation date and time, place of weaving, its name in region, longevity of its period, present conditions, types of yarn twist, techniques, motives, colours, and their names in region and literature. In the final and evaluation chapter, charts are going to be identified about colours, motives, weaving techniques, analysies of yarn twist, types of weaving and usage purposes by means of these weavings in detailed.
