Abstract (EN)

In this study, fourteen novels by Burhan Günel have been studied with their structural, thematical and narrative characteristic and emphasis has been given on the mutual and different points of these novels. Günel?s novels have generally been formed within a realist plot. It can be said that the author writes about the society in his novels by moving from the individual. The structure in the novels have also been structured within this framework. The line of events has been organized through people the individual meets and is in conflict with. Moving from what has been summarised above, we can say that Günel?s novels have an important place in late Turkish novel.
