Abstract (EN)
This study aims to investigate the job stress and job satisfaction levels of the professionals who work in the private special education and rehabilitation centers.The current study was conducted in ten private special education and rehabilitation centers in Bursa, and 150 professional experts participated in the study on a voluntary basis. The data were collected through two main instruments; namely, "Work Stress Scale" and "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale". 150 the participants were from various districts of Bursa: 63% of them were teachers, 9% of them were child development experts, 13% of them were physiotherapists, 8% of them were psychologists, and the rest 7% were social service experts.. Thus, all the correlations between the stress scale and job satisfaction scales were found to be negative and significant from a statistical standpoint.
