Abstract (EN)

In the study, it is aimed to scrutinize the relationship between employees' justice perceptions about the organizations they are employed and their burnout levels. To attain this goal, firstly literature was scanned and in accordance with the obtained knowledge, a research model for the relationship between organizational justice and burnout was developed. In order to test the model, in the application phase, data were gathered from a sample comprised of 506 employees working at industrial companies through questionnaires. While to measure the organizational justice perceptions of participants, Niehoff and Moorman's (1993) Organizational Justice Scale was utilized; to assess their burnout levels, in particular Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) was preferred which has not been used much so far in Turkish literature. According to the analyses based on Structural Equation Modeling using SPSS and LISREL programs, it was indicated that the research model was confirmed, that is organizational justice perception has a significant effect on burnout.
