Abstract (EN)

The policies of states are shaped on the axis of national and interests. The rising and strengthening states show outward expansion. Due to the presence of countries such as Russia in the north and India in the south, China has to expand towards the Asia pacific and Eurasian regions in this context. The Chinese, who have been interested in the Central Asian region since the dynastic periods, have occupied the region from time to time, but it has not been permanent. Today, they are trying to surround the regional states with the act of national security in order to reach underground resources, especially energy. In this study, the Central Asian-oriented policies of the People's Republic of China will be examined on the axis of the Copenhagen school securitization theory. The Central Asian policies pursued by China against the global powers that want to surround it will be examined within the framework of concepts such as Energy, transportation, national security and will be tried to be explained from a broad perspective.
