Correlation between diabetes type2 and infertility male, the possible roles of interleukin 20

The association between high body density and low testosterone production as a consequence of type 2 diabetes has been shown in a number of previously conducted studies, the diet plays in improving body weight in men and hypogonadism in adults and immunocompromised obese and elderly men with type 2 diabetes. The purpose of this study is to accurately measure in vitro the correlation between diabetes mellitus type 2 (T2DM) and fertility in males by studying the possible relationship between HbA1c, insulin, insulin resistance, and IL-20 in patients with T2DM and infertility males. The results of the current study were improved in that the men infected with DM have upper-recorded parameters as compared to healthy men. It was discovered that diabetes patients have lower levels of IL-20 and its receptor, IL-20R1. Additionally, IL-20 causes death in podocytes by activating the caspase-8 enzyme in diabetic nephropathy in its early stages. According to the results of an ELISA test, the amount of IL-20 in the blood of diabetes patients was greater than that of healthy controls. The findings of this research reveal that interleukin-20 (IL-20) promotes apoptosis in podocytes and has a role in the pathophysiology of early diabetic kidney disease.
