Özet (EN)
The aim of this clinical study was to evaluate the macroscopic properties, chemical degradation amounts and fibrin network structures of T-PRF membranes obtained from individuals with vitamin D deficiency and healthy optimal vitamin D levels. Our study was carried out on a total of 48 individuals, 24 individuals with vitamin D deficiency and 24 individuals with optimal vitamin D levels. Obtained T-PRF membranes were evaluated according to weight, height, amount of degradation by degradation, fibrin network pattern parameters with SEM and light microscopy. According to the statistical analysis results, a statistically significant increase was observed in T-PRF membrane weights when the time-dependent macroscopic data of individuals with vitamin D deficiency were compared (p=0.047). When comparing the T-PRF membrane weights between the groups, the control group was found to be statistically significantly higher than the test group (p=0.013). There was no significant difference between the height and degradation parameters evaluated within the group depending on the time and between the groups (p>0.005). In the SEM examination, it was observed that the fibrin structures of the individuals with vitamin D deficiency were thinner, immature and did not show continuity compared to the control group. In the intra-group evaluation, it was determined that the fibrin structures of individuals with vitamin D deficiency became thicker and more mature. Fibrin mesh pattern scores of individuals with vitamin D deficiency were found to be higher than the control group (p<0.001). Fibrin mesh pattern scores of individuals with vitamin D deficiency decreased significantly after vitamin D level reached the optimal level. In our study, it was observed that increasing vitamin D levels increased fibrin thickness, maturation and weight. However, no difference was observed in the density, width, length and degradation parameters of the obtained T-PRF membranes.
