Abstract (EN)
Breating of nitrogen under pressure in the scuba diving and evade to comply with time and depth limits with emerging diseases are known as decompression sickness. This sportive diving dive tables are used for the prevention of diseases. But it is not the size of this risk could be avoided in professional diving dive tables. It was observed that recently the sub-maximal aerobic exercise applied before diving in acute and applied scientific studies to be effective in reducing venous gas bubbles of acute whole-body vibration applied as 30-40 Hz. This study applied venous gas bubbles in the pre-dive exercise and practice is aimed to examine the effect of vibration. Diving effect on blood flow in the exercise and vibration applied before and after the pre-dive values and ultrasonic reflectivity depends on the brightness values of the blood were also examined in this study. The data obtained with the SPSS statistical program 15, One-Way ANOVA and paired-samples "t" is evaluated using test. Results degree of significance (p <0.05) level was adopted. The effect of vibration occurring in the reduction of venous gas bubbles dive was statistically insignificant, but made an impact before the dive sub-maximal exercise has been found to have a significant effect.
