Abstract (EN)

In this study, the cytotoxic and antiproliferative effects of extracts obtained from Lactarius zonarius, Laetiporus sulphureus, Pholiota adiposa, Polyporus squamosus and Ramaria flava were investigated by using different molecular techniques on HeLa (human cervical carcinoma cell line), HT29 (human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line), A549 (human lung adenocarcinoma), Hep3b (human hepatocellular carcinoma), MCF7 (breast cancer cell) and FL (human normal amniotic epithelial cell line) cell lines. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT test. Cytotoxic effect by LDH test, cell migrations by migration test, breaks in DNA chain by DNA banding test were detected. It was determined that all the extracts of macrofungi showed effective antiproliferative impact at medium and high concentrations (45.0 - 99.6 µg / mL). It was determined that the extracts of macro mushrooms had a cytotoxic effect of 20%-30% on the cell membrane at concentrations higher than 60 µg / mL. Pholiota adiposa, Polyporus squamosus, antiprolative effects against cancer cells but their cytotoxic effects were low.
