Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study gives insight into the prohibition trade and other earnings activities of civil servants. In the light of datum which was obtained in consequence of literature rewiew, this paper gives information about the aim of the prohibition trade and other earnings activities of civil servants, who will the ban apply to, the scope of the ban, activities which are out of the ban, sanctions which can be apply in the case of disobedience of the ban and the disciplinary proceeding.
