Özet (EN)
Nowadays, developments in communication and internet technologies have changed working types. When employees are freed and flexible, they are better adapted to their jobs as they are not divided during the day into different activities and as they do not spend their energy in city traffic. It is observed that flexible working arrangements positively affect work and private life balances. Consequently employees have fulfilled their job responsibilities in a more motivated way. In this thesis, the effect of flexible working conditions and increasing internet technologies on individual performance of employees is surveyed in the literature. Individual performance is directly related to the overall performance of the enterprise. Since the motivation of the employees is high in the companies with flexible structure, it is seen that they contribute to share both their productivity and business motivation. Both in the world and in some companies in Turkey, the importance of flexible-employment has begun to be realized. This thesis examines some company examples of such arrangements in the world and in Turkey. The opportunity to work outside the office has also changed the new structure and ways of working in businesses. Like employers, expectations of employees change over time. This leads companies to take different approaches. Today, an important point that employees emphasize when starting a new job is determined as "Flexible working opportunity!''At this point, there is a lot of work for employers to make productivity sustainable. That is why companies need to adapt to next-generation business models using technology. In this study, the views on various aspects of flexible working arrangements of employees in different sectors is measured by using questionnaires. The relationship between individual performances and business performance is investigated by using questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was evaluated by factor analysis and its reliability was evaluated by the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient Analysis. According to the results; It is determined that when flexible working hours and work-life balance dimension are increased, individual performance will increase. In addition, with the increase in individual performance, it is considered that the operating performance will increase. Flexible working hours affect individual performance, but not perceived company performance.
