With the development of the digital world, society in many areas is gaining information quickly and easily. But this process also has an important place in the reality, reliability and accuracy of the information distributed to society. Thanks to technology, when society needs information, they can reach their goals quickly and free of charge by applying to areas such as social media platforms, websites. As in all areas, the issue of health, which is most researched and takes people's interest, can be called the issue that is at the forefront. Because doctors, hospitals, free articles, videos, experts and thousands of people who are not experts manage to attract the attention of the society and the continuity of the situation continues as they share information free of charge. Information in social media also continues to be popular in the Covid-19 pandemic process because people in need of information are generally seen as social media or websites, the platforms where they do their initial research. But people have exaggerated this situation and started to cause different ailments. For example, panic attacks, hypochondriasis, or cyberchondria can cause discomfort when a person feels uncomfortable and reads articles from people without expertise. Research has been conducted to answer questions about the place, credibility and reliability of information on social media in health issues from the point of view of society, and how people's behavior results. In order to achieve these results, it was written using the research method and qualitative data collection method. Research was conducted on 30 people who tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. The questions asked to these people are written in Annex 1, and the comments of the participants are stated in detail in other additional parts. Because of the pandemic, the interviews were approved by people over the phone and the information that the audio recordings would only be archived and stored by me was given and approved. Findings of the research; With the development of the digital world, online networks have expanded, the information on these platforms such as health, current news and recommendations are seen as correct by the society, and as a result of the research, the information in the health field is generally applied and accepted as correct, it has been concluded that people have an increase
