The family profiles of the students who were questioned by the diciplinary committee

This thesis has been carried out to examine the factos that lead tecjnical high school students to be questioned by the diciplinary comitee and to specify the degree to which the socio-economic and socio-cultural situations of these students cause then to show undiciplines behoviors. Having mentioned this, why do the students get questioned? The answer to the questions, have been searched. Among these factors are whether parents of the students are divorced or seperated, the income level of the student?s families, the education level of the parents, the behaviors and attitudes of the parents, whether the parents are new comers to the city or not, the degree of violence to which the student is exposed at home, the reaction of the student to this violence, the effect of the favourite sport of the student on this violence. It is hoped that this research will reveal the profiles of the questioned students and their families and will shed light upon parents and teachers about this. In this work, the data, which was obtained from the city of İstanbul the municipality of Bayrampaşa Inonu Anatolian Technic, Technic and Industial Vocational High School in 2006?2007 and 2007?2008 seasons anf which is about the students who were questioned by the diciplinary committee and their families will be reviewed and the effects of socio-cultural and socio-economic levels of the students, involved in diciplinary investigations and their families will be revealed and the results will be evaluated.
