Fraud crime

A criminal offense means, that legal values, which are damaging the community or has been adopted by the legislator to be dangerous, are violated by people. As for an offense of fraud means to defraud someone with fraudulent behaviors, and so occurs with providing benefit for oneself or others by detriment to himself or anyone else. At the present time with the rapid development of new Technologies, differences arises in the handling way of fraud. At the same time, this condition causes - compared to the previous times – to more victims of this crime. The reason of this study is, that the commitment of the crime of fraud becomes more and more everyday and is causing serious problems in the community. In this study, firstly, the crime of fraud is discussed in accordance with the systematic of law, in two separate parts of simple and qualified states. Additionally, it has been referred to the difference of similar other crimes with special appearance forms and finally, it has been explained the proceedings related to jurisdictional subjects. Furthermore, in the light of the opinions in the doctrine of judicial decisions, controversial issues and problems related to fraud are investigated and evaluation was carried out for for the solution of problems.
