Abstract (EN)

The aim of this experiment was to determine the effects of in ovo injection of synbiotic to fertile Ross 308 chicken eggs or inclusion to chicken feed on performance, gut histomorphology, and edible viscera weights. A 2×2 factorial design was used. Fertile Ross 308 eggs were injected with symbiotic solution and non-injected, afterward symbiotic supplementation to chicken feed: 160 chicken were used to this research and four treatment group ,10 replicates for each treatment group and treatment groups were A) injection + inclusion (II), B) no injection + inclusion (NI), C) injection + no inclusion (IN), D) no injection + no inclusion (NN). Live weight, feed consumption, feed conversation ratio and gut histomorphology, ileum microbiota, organ weight were recorded at 21 days of age. Live weight gain increased at NI group accordion to NN group, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio and Inner organ weights were not affected by the treatments. At the end of the experiment, in duodenum villus height, villus width villus height/villus width was not affected, in jejunum, villus length and villus width increased II group among the other treatment group, in ileum the highest villus height was found in II group among the other groups and villus length/villus width rate increased in II group from NN group. LAB counts were higher in NN group than those of NI and NN groups. Enterobactericaea count was lower in II or IN group than NN group. The results of this study showed that inclusion of symbiotic to chicken feed increased chicken growth at 21 day and increased villus development in duodenum, jejunum and ileum. In conclusion probiotic and prebiotic mixture as a symbiotic can use for improving histological parameters for duodenum, jejunum and ileum to increase chicken growth. However, further studies should be conducted to determine the effects of in ovo injection of different symbiotic products, for broiler chickens.
