The effects of interaction of emotion onthe leadership style

The problem of this study is to examine, leader has to consider not only logic but also emotion interaction and which leadership styles with emotion interaction is more effective when he makes a decision and behavior. The aim of that is to be determined the effects of emotion interaction on the leadership style. To connect with this aim, how emotion interaction of doctors and nurses working private and state hospitals in Kütahya city influence on their leadership style, was examined. Questionnaire was made use of datum collect applience on this study. It has been established as a result of that, there are pozitive relationship between their emotion interaction and leadership style.Consequently; it may be saying that emotion interaction influences on leadership style and not only emotional interaction but also emotional abilities play a role to leadership process. So, the effect of emotional interaction and abilities on the leadership style is to examine to results that from the point of view by subordinate and organization in the further study.
