Theory of knowledge according to Abu al-Qasim al-Ensari

Abu al-Qasim al-Ansarî lived in an important period of Asharite tradition. He was a theologian who was a student of Cüveynî and a teacher of Şehristânî. Abu al-Qasım has systematically dealt with the knowledge problem. Knowledge theory forms one of the basic topics of his theory of kalam. He has addressed this issue and has found it in various explanations. He has valued this topic in the kalam System and has reviewed in detail the topic titles such as the description importance and sources of knowledge and reasoning. This study is an introduction and two parts. In the introductory part, the problem of the knowledge that emerged in the history of thought and the opinions about the source of the knowledge are discussed. In this section, it is tried to give information about the life, teachers, students and works of Abu al-Qasim al-Ansari because of not being known enough. In the first part, the definition, proof and truth of knowledge in Abu'l-Qasim al-Ansari are examined. In the second part, the types of knowledge, the source of knowledge and the subject of nazar are discussed.
