قَرَّةُ الأَنْظَارِ عَلَى شَرْحِ تَنْوِيرِ الأبصار لِلْعَلَّامَةِ أَبِي الطَّيِّبِ السَّنْدِي (ت 1149هـ) من أَول بَاب صلاة المريض إلى نهاية بَاب الحجّ (دراسةً وتحقيقًا)

The importance of this study is that it is about an important book of Hanafi jurisprudence called Qaratu'l-Enzaar Ala Commentary Tanweer al-Absar by Allama Abu al-Tayyib al-Sindi. It was annotated by Allama Al-Sindi، who is accepted as one of the leading scholars of fiqh، verification and examination sciences. I also chose the parts related to the provisions of prayer، fasting، zakat and pilgrimage for the sick. Al-Sindi followed a solid and regular method while commenting on this. In this commentary، fiqh and grammatical skills were revealed، it also clarified the explanatory signs to some difficult meanings and the meanings of ambiguous fiqh terms. In order to root the fiqh issues he explained، he based himself on showing evidence from the Book and Sunnah. By choosing among the fiqh subjects، he expressed his opinion on most of the issues and based his opinion on the Hanafi sect without neglecting other sects. The researcher relied on three replicates in this research and used inductive، analytical and comparative methods. The researcher's conclusions are: This annotation is considered one of the valuable annotations about the book of Durr Al-Mukhtar. Perhaps it competes with Ibn Abedin's "(May Allah have mercy on him) annotation called Hatime-t El-Muhakkikin. The examination of this book has revealed Al-Sindi 's scholarly position. scholarly position.
