Abstract (EN)
The Havârîj movement, which emerged in the early periods of Islamic History and was identified with violence, has not survived to the present day because it has not been seen much favored by Muslims. The only branch of Havârîc that has survived to the present day is İbâdîyye. In our study, it will be to reveal the importance of Abu Ya'kūb Yûsuf b.İbrâhîm es-Sedrâtî al-Vercelânî (d. 570/1175), one of the important scholars of Ibâdiyye, by researching a detailed biography through his works. This study will also contribute to the studies on Ibadiyya and will ensure that Ibadiyya will be put forward correctly from its own sources.
