Effects of motivation and productivity performance in working life(Antalya Provincial Directorate of Social Security case)

Upgrade the efficiency in working life, the quality of the services offered by the business sector development mechanism has been seeing it. In working life, as more effective and more efficient maintenance of the services, the quality of its staff and is closely related to personnel management. In personnel management, personnel dealing with the process by moving away from the process, the system of the organization's most valuable resource and employee focus points serves as the employee motivation towards a given more importance as long as the issue of migration. In this study, we tried to be explained the concept and importance of motivation. Efficiency and performance assessment of the concepts mentioned the effects of motivation and the relations between these concepts and how they affect each other employees were mentioned. Afterwards, the social security institution's management and organizational structure is shown Antalya Provincial Directorate of Social Security employees, motivation, performance and efficiency, a survey was conducted to ascertain their relationship. As a result of the study; it has been understood that, in working life motivation is an important element which affecting performance and efficiency. In working life, it has been determined that, in order to achieve the desired destination, more attention must be given to the application of motivation.
