The importance of r&d unit in education and the views of principals and teachers about the pplicability of r&d activities (Sample of Van city)

When R&D administrations and their practices are scrutinized, the abilities of the units to use sub-structures and investments are as important as the investments and infrastructures. Success criterias in R&D organizations are their basic abilities and superiorities. The superiorities of the organizations are parallel to their abilities to organize R&D activities, acquire strategic purposes along with project outcomes which are appropriate to innovations. In order to pave the way for investments in R&D organizations; the strategies of governmental politics, effective employment of humane power and empowerment of these with administrative approaches are significant. In this regard, in this study the impacts of the strategic projects conducted by R&D units, established in the rural parts of Turkey by Ministry of Naitonal Education, on education and transformations on schools have been analyzed.The dissertations consists of five main chapters. The data have been collected and analyzed through interviews carried out with 19 participants working in R&D units. The study is expected to contribute to working politics of R&D units, their basic capabilities, the solutions to their probable problems, procedures and principles, institutional cooperations and the administration of 2023 R&D.
