This thesis deals with the life of Imam Al-Jassas and the life of Imam Kiya Al-Harasi in general, and the analysis of their two books Ahkaam Al-Qur'an. The book Ahkam Al-Qur'an for each of the two imams is considered a treasure in the field of clarifying the verses of Al-Ahkam, and by explaining their approach and sources in interpretation, it becomes clear to us the high scientific value that characterizes their two books, and that the two imams are credited to the scholars who came after them, as they paved and clarified the approach adopted by the scholars in extracting evidence and deriving rulings and clarifying the rules of jurisprudence and fundamentalism. Furthermore, their skill in codifying rulings, and their opinion is very important in the jurisprudential heritage of the verses of rulings, and this message aims to clarify the views of the two imams relevant to the issues that we have chosen and the statement of the opinions of their two schools through their opinions, because each one of them represents a different school from the other. We also compared the opinions of each of the two imams with each other, by documenting their opinions and the opinions of their sects by referring to the main books and the sources of their sects. Some of these opinions and approaches can still be relevant and applicable in these modern times and therefore may aid in deriving rulings.
