Abstract (EN)
Migration is seen as a displacement movement throughout the process of humanity and is used depending on various factors. The phenomenon of immigration has taken place in history and in every society and continues to occur. Generally, migration movements of people on life anxiety. Because movement movements refer to important periods in the process related to their causes and results, sometimes it is an important turning point only in the history of migrating nations. Societies, war, disaster, economy, socio-life and so on. Another one of the aging places due to compulsory or non-compulsory reasons. Migration does not affect not only individuals and communities that migrate, but also communities in the place where they migrate. It causes discussions on different dimensions, especially with different dimensions today. Societies have been migrating for various reasons since the Migration of the Tribes, which is described as the oldest mass migration movement known in history. In this sense, an important mass migration movement has occurred after the civil war in Syria in the historical period we are in. After the civil war that started in 2011, they were forced to migrate to other countries, especially Turkey over 10 million Syrians. One of the provinces inhabited by Syrians who immigrated to Turkey in Elazig. In this study, the perspectives of the people of Elazig, their perceptions about refugees and their practices in daily life are analyzed for Syrian refugees who have to live in Elazig. In this study, the data were obtained by using the face-to-face survey technique, adhering to the field research method. Field research, Sanayi Mah., Hicret Mah., Where Syrian refugees live in the center of Elazig province. and Aksaray Mah. between 5 November and 30 November 2019. In the survey application, a sample group of 400 people was reached. According to the findings obtained from the study, Elazığ to migrate to Turkey Syrian refugees, security, the economy and unemployment have social problems because they thought it would lead to a negative outlook. Elazig people think that they should be sent from Elazig because they are uncomfortable living with Syrians. In addition to their negative effects on the economy, the opinion that Elazig people are harmful for the security of the people is one of the issues that the people of Elazig are uncomfortable with Syrians. In addition to having a different culture, Syrian refugees have similarities with Turkish people because they belong to the same religion. Although the level of participation in the judiciary of Elazig, "Our traditions and cultures are similar with Syrian refugees," there is a low level of participation in the judiciary, "Our lifestyles with Syrian refugees are similar". According to the results of the research, Elazig people have an unfavorable view towards Syrian refugees, as well as they experience discomfort in living in Elazig.
