Abstract (EN)

Pomological and some fruit characteristics such as aroma compounds, sugars etc. was aimed to determine in this study by using 83 F1 genotypes from population that was created by crossing 'Kaşel-41' (female parent) and 'Williams Pride' (male parent) cultivars that had grown in Eğirdir region. Flavor components that have a high importance for fruit quality detected by using HS-SPME/GC/MS (Headspace Solid Phase Micro Extraction Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) methods. HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) technique was used for the sugars, organic acids and vitamin C analyses. As a result, TSS content of F1 populations was higher than parent fruits interval while firmness was lower compared to parent fruits. Accordıng to HPLC results, malic acid and glucose were obtained as the most common organic acids and sugar compounds, respectıvely. The results of HS-SPME/GC/MS analysis, shown 11 different aldehydes, 24 esters, 10 acids, 12 alcohols, 3 kethones and 3 terpenes was determined.
