Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to determine perception of psychological service, job satisfaction and burnout levels of reinforcement police working in Adana.This study is conducted on 270 police in Adana Police Departmant. The datas were obtained from Maslach Burnout Inventory, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire and questionnaire that was developed by the researcher and they were analysed in the programme of the SPSS. Frequency distribution an One-way analysis of varience (ANOVA) was used in the statistical evaluation of datas.The results of study, % 82.6 of officers think that guidance and psychological counceling services must spread at police-schools, %77 of officers think that students of police school stand to guidance and psychological counceling services, % 40.7 of officers think that guidance and psychological counceling services sufficient at police-schools, %38.2 of officers think that psychological services possitivelly influence their professional life. Significant differences were found between job satisfaction levels of police with their time of service at profession. However, significant differences were no found between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment levels of police with their time of service at profession.
