Abstract (EN)

In this work, the role of oxygen and 〖Mn〗_2 O_3 impurity roles on the basic characteristic features of YBa2Cu3O7-y superconductors was investigated. While preparing the samples, it was prepared by solid state reaction method by adding Mn with varying additive ratio instead of copper. The samples were annealed for 24 hours at 945 °C and at room temperature such that the temperature increased by 3 °C /min at 945 °C and decreased by 1 °C /min. The characteristics of the samples were made by taking X-ray diffraction patterns, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), DC electrical Resistivity Tests measurements. As a result of XRD and SEM measurements, when oxygenated samples are compared with oxygen-free sample, the presence of oxygen improves the appearance of surface morphology and crystallinity quality for YBa2Cu3O7-y superconductors. At the same time, it was found that the increase in manganese impurity of Mn-doped YBa2Cu3O7-y superconductors prepared under oxygen annealing ambient conditions significantly changed grain alignment distributions and orientations, grain boundary regions, interaction quality between grains and basic structural morphology appearances. itis also seen that the transition temperature and critical current density increase when Mn doping is compared with Mn undoping and also the oxygen ambient condition has ben noted to affect positively the values of Jc parameter. According to these results, it was seen that Oxygen and Mn doped had a positive effect on YBCO.
