Abstract (EN)

Armenian Emigration has been turned into one of the problems of this Turkish Nation and has become the source of the accusations casted upon this nation in the 20 th century of Turkish Nation. The relations between the Turks and the Armenians had begun in the 9 th century and continued without having problems, besides with the good affairs until the middle of the 18 th century. There are no concrete documents and information about their historical origins. They had lived under the sovereignty of different states in Anatolia. The relations of Turk and Armenian had begun with the Turkish conquer of Anatolia. The Armenians had had the most privilige and tolerance within the minorities during the Seljuks and the Ottamans. The available population of the Armenians on the Ottaman lands was approximately 1.600.000. The most reliable sources about population were the ones that belonged to the Ottaman State archives. The Armenians who lived in the Ottaman lands had started riots as a result of the influences of nationalism movements and the interruption of the western countries for their benefits. They had aimed to build an Armenian State in this region with the riots they had started in the cities of Eastern Anatolia. Because of these riots hundred thousands of Turkish citizens had been massacred. The main reason of these massacres was to prove that the Armenian population was more than the Turkish one. These riots and these activities had continued during the First World War. The Ottaman State declared the law of the Deportation Act. The gangs that had done massacres with this law and the ones who had helped these gangs had been moved into the Syrian lands which weren?t war zones. This act had been tried to be performed strictly and precisely under those circumstances. That?s why there were documents that proved this position in the Ottaman archives. The Kütahya Armenians hadn?t been forced to deportation during this period. Because Kütahya Armenians hadn?t taken part in the massacres. This problem which has been increased step by step by the Armenians since 93 War during which they began to see themselves seperated from the Ottaman Empire. Today the problem has been politicized and become a conflict.By these investigations we have come to the result that all of these changes and process have reached to this level by the effection and direction of Russia and big countries in Europe. As a mother of this fact the minorities in Ottaman Empire were supported by the European countries and Russia first, then they forced Ottaman Empire to privilege minorities on a vast scale. As a result of this process the Armenian problem arose and has come to today?s extent. Finally the solution of this problem depends on being a government based on a strong and a stable structure and again, the solution is only possible with the sustainability of the compromise of government and nation and only possible with the production of political and scientific public opinion. What was happened during and after Emigration was evalcated from historical and sociological point of view. A position has been determined within the Emigration by examining the historical information that was obtained.Key Words: The Armenian, The Amigration, The Amigration Law, The East Problem, Ararat.
