Özet (EN)
In this thesis, we present soft set denition and basic properties, introduced by Molodstov in 1999, as a new mathematical model and subsequently present soft set topological structures and basic denitions and theorems related to these topological structures. In addition, we present soft local function in basic denitions and theorems about soft ideal. We also examine the compatibility of soft topological space and soft ideal and mention some features related to this subject. At the same time, we offer basic denitions and theorems related to soft semi-local function. In conclusion, this thesis presents research on soft regular set and soft regular local function in soft topological spaces. We defined soft closure operators with the help of the Soft local function and then defined the soft regular ψd operator. Finally, we examined soft regular opencodense ideal in soft regular topology. Keywords:Soft set, Soft ideal,Soft local functions, Soft topological spaces, soft closure operators, soft regular ψd operator .
