Özet (EN)

The fact underlying the management's principal of ? Consumer pleasure and survival? is a need of adapting themselves to the changing conditions. The environment in which we live is changing very quickly and those who do not keep up with these changes are remanining behind and disappearing. In this context, the concept 'ethic' which has, in recent years, increasingly having an importance in working environment helps managements to have a competitive advantage in a long term. In the first section of the study, the concept ?ethical climate? ,defining management's moral identity, is studied; ethical criterion and analysis dimension are explained. In the second section, burnout syndrome caused by a social relation between employer and consumer is explained through the idea that the outside consumer's pleasure which is regarded as the most important source for a management can be provided with the inside consumer's pleasure, and every work performed with an understanding of total quality managment must be focused on a consumer. With an area research, a model showing the effect of ethical climate and burnout syndrome on quality management system is determined. According to this model, a negative meaningful relation is found between ethical cilmate and burnout syndrome, also between burnout and quality managment system, and a positive meaningful relation is found between ethical climate and quality managment system. Moreover it is established that the best independence variables for the quality managment systems are management responsibility and measurementanalysis- improvement, for the ethical climate are benevolence and principled approach, and for burnout are emotional exhaustion and depersonalization .
