Abstract (EN)
It was decided to conduct this study in order to establish the relationship between inflammatory markers and obesity in obese patients with diabetes and obesity without diabetes. Measurements of the anthropometric characteristics of the subjects were taken. This included height, weight, waist circumference, pelvis, and waist circumference. Individuals were divided into three categories based on these criteria: those with normal weight as a control group and those who were obese, obesity was classified into two groups based on whether the individuals were overweight with diabetes or obese without diabetes. This included measurements of fasting blood glucose, cumulative glucose, interleukin-6, interleukin-38, triglycerides, total cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). According to the results presented in the study tables, individuals with normal blood pressure (group B) were significantly smaller than obese and hypertensive subjects in the group of obese diabetic patients (group A). In the study, there was a clear significance of changes in the levels of diabetes with obesity, as obesity with diabetes caused the most changes in inflammatory parameters, as well as the differences between the average interleukins were clear and very important, which leads us to conclude that obesity may cause immune diseases and increase It reduces the chance of infection in obese people, especially if the obese woman has diabetes.
